hello sir! i’m in love w your recipes, i will definitely try this fried rice and ur other lutong pinoy recipes for my husband <3 i was looking for filipino cuisine and i'm glad i clicked ur video on youtube. i want to cook something different other than my usual maranaw cuisine. thank you so much, sir! god bless.

Absolutely superb. Decided to try a different recipe to my usual (which I have been making for nearly 20 years) and this surpassed all expectations.

My old recipe has been confined to the achchive.

What variety of white rice is best for fried rice? We use dinorado and i find that even if its already a day old rice, it still end up being sticky after using it for fried rice.

I haven’t tried this yet. However I have been looking for a simple and versatile egg fried rice recipe and I think this may be just the one. My family loves Chinese and Japanese type foods, but it’s getting so expensive to eat out now. I think this will go good with the yum yum sauce I have .
