Vanjo this looks so good. I had a dish very similar to this one but I think it had ginger or lemongrass in it as well and no tofu. Do you (or anyone else) know what that dish might be called?

Hi! Which kind of soy sauce would you recommend? I clicked your link about the different kind of soy sauce available and I am amazed that there are a lot of types. For a traditional “tokwa’t baboy” recipe, which one is the best? Also do you have a certain brand preference?

Same goes for vinegar, which would you recommend?

I made this but halved the recipe kasi dalawa lang kami kakain. Super sarap! I would add more salt while boiling the pork, and then fry the pork after para crispy. But the sauce is great! Thank you for this recipe!
