Notes

Parmesan cheese doesn’t burn as easily as softer cheeses since it’s low in moisture and has a firm texture. That’s why it’s perfect for Oven Roasted Asparagus—it melts just enough to coat the stalks but still crisps up a bit without turning into a greasy mess. Plus, its sharp, salty flavor makes the asparagus taste even better without overpowering it. Softer cheeses can get too melty or oily, but Parmesan hits that perfect balance of flavor, texture, and crunch!
